Coaching Champions Through Structured Mastery.
An Information Technology engineer, FIDE Grandmaster, and FIDE Certified Trainer, GM Swayams Mishra has coached Team India at the 44th, 45th, and 46th Chess Olympiads, the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, and the 2025 World Women's Team Championship. His work combines analytical depth, systematic planning, endgame expertise, competitive psychology, and worldwide mentorship of titled players.
He coached the PBG Alaskan Knights in the 2025 and 2026 Global Chess League alongside elite players including Gukesh, Viswanathan Anand, and Arjun Erigaisi. In 2025, the team recovered from last place without a win after four rounds to finish third. He also founded Chess Enrich, a homework-based learning platform launched in 2026.

Representing Team India on the World Stage
National Women's Team coach since 2022, GM Swayams has helped Team India earn team medals at the 2022 and 2024 Chess Olympiads and the 2023 Asian Games, alongside six individual player medals across the 2022 Olympiad, 2024 Olympiad, and 2025 World Women's Team Championship.
